wasnt it something about them wanting to get more carriages to avoid overcrowding of something like that. The DfT rejected it i think,

In my opinion if they want to avoid overcrowding on there trains, dont have 4 coaches of first class, i think its a bit pointless, they should have 3 at most adding an extra to standard, well thats my opinion anyway

I agree 4 is far too much at that rate each person would have a carriage to themselves lol
